Endurance Overseas SpA has today, Sept 29th 2026, executed an Amendment Agreement to the Share Purchase Agreement dated 12th December, 2024 (“SPA”) for acquisition of the remaining 32% equity stake in the German subsidiaries viz. Stöferle Automotive GmbH and Stöferle GmbH (Stöferle entities).
