Endurance Overseas SpA has today, Oct 6th 2026, acquired 100% equity stake in the Italian Company Fondalpress S.p.A.
Fondalpress is a high pressure die-casting foundry specializing in the production of aluminium parts, including the machining and the assembly of the components.
Its two industrial facilities, covering a total of 16,400 m² of covered area, operate in synergy to provide effective and timely solutions: the headquarters and die-casting foundry located in Castell’Alfero, and the machining operations carried out at the nearby “Alessandro Doglione” plant.
The deal further strengthens the Endurance Group’s position in Europe, expanding its production capacity and product range.
