In order to promote result’s dissemination, we are glad to organize an open house event that will be held on December 15ᵗʰ at our Chivasso Endurance S.p.A. plant during which there will be the opportunity to share with stakeholders, supply chain companies and regional school students, the achieved results.
Topics covered will be:
- Battery repurposing concepts
- LCFP – Low-Carbon Foot-Print aluminum alloys potential for battery housings
A visit to the HPDC plant where LCFP alloys have been tested to produce battery housing prototypes will follow.

Endurance hosted ITS – Mobilità Sostenibile Aerospazio/Meccatronica students during the IPCEI Batteries Open House M1.1 milestone event in Chivasso Plant.
It has been an occasion to raise Community’s and young generation’s awareness on the IPCEI’s and to officialize the training on the job program defined by Endurance in co-operation with ITS – Istituto Tecnico Superiore.
The training will be released during 2023 1st quarter . It will go beyond other training on Aluminum High Pressure Die Casting and battery systems programs, covering design criteria for battery housing, from concept to re-purposing, addressing specifically low carbon foot print secondary alloys casting feasibility, including industry 4.0 manufacturing process and innovative quality control technologies.
